Secure & Accessible Funds
Payments are secure, using industry-leading Stripe as the payment processor. The only fee on Puzzle Fund is the standard credit card transaction fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction which is applied when funds are distributed to the campaign organizer, the same day they are received*.
*Funds are released the same day, though sometimes if there is a security concern, processing can be delayed a day or two for various reasons.
